Policy & Rates

Therapy is an investment in yourself, and the growth you make is long lasting and impactful. My fee is $160 for a 50 minute session. Occasionally, I offer a sliding scale rate, based on financial need. While I am not directly contracted with insurance panels, I am an out-of-network provider and can provide an itemized receipt which can be used to request reimbursement from your insurance company. I strongly recommend familiarizing yourself with your plan to determine if you are eligible for reimbursement. Many insurance companies will cover a percentage or the entirety of my services. I am happy to offer more information over the phone or in person.

Regular attendance is essential to our work together. Should you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let me know 48 hours in advance via voicemail or email to avoid being charged for a missed session.
